The first and foremost thing for us to do in our lives is for us to work toward uniting our hearts and minds together. It seems we can have so much struggle with this within ourselves, in unifying aspects of the heart, the mind, the body, and the spirit to come together in a balance. Perhaps this is the reason why some of us die young and some of us die really old, is the time we spend on earth finding that balance within ourselves, in finding happiness within ourselves. Whether or not this is the case, the important thing in our lives is our journey through these challenges and the medicine, la Ayahuasca, is what can help open us up to take that journey.

Once you get over that little hump of unfamiliarity, you begin to realize that this feeling is not just from the song but it is coming from within, from your inner being. It is the reason why the medicine was taken, which is to heal oneself. As we bring ourselves back to balance we will naturally be in a more joyful state of being. This is not going to happen overnight, well possibly for some perhaps if they are open within themselves, but this song helps with that balance and joyful unification with our heart, mind, body and spirit. It brings out that joy that maybe we hold down or we prevent others to see, bringing out our happiness, our feeling of contentment or fulfillment, and our satisfaction of life. For one thing there is so much jealousy and competition with one another in the world, that people aren’t feeling this joy in their lives. Instead they are living in a state of whatever trauma they may have, perhaps when they were young they had a childhood trauma that happened to them that closed that door of allowing happiness into the heart. Start with your Intent...
. In the ceremony, first, as I had mentioned before, start with your intent or reason of why you are doing this medicine to begin with and that usually starts right before you ingest the medicine with a prayer of intention while it is still in your hand.
Afterward then we sing the Song of Wisdom invoking the wisdom of the ancestors and their wisdom to come forth and be in that space as well, to hold that space.Then this Song for Happiness brings that joy and happiness from each of us in the ceremony. Play Song for Happiness
As we create that connection with the feeling of the song sooner or later you might start hearing giggling or laughter. You can go into your mind and think what the heck is going on? Laughter is contagious even when you are not on the medicine. This Song for Happiness it can really affect people really in a strong and positive way.

Bringing People Together, Historically and Now...
Eventually this medicine helped to create the Incan empire if it can do that I'm sure that it can bring people together in contemporary times to come together in a less threatening, less competitive ways.
It is important to have this song in the ceremony because in life we need more laughter, we need happiness and joy, and we need more unification of spirits and people coming together in making this earth better. This is what that medicine is about as well, for creating a healthy life together.

Our world can be very competitive, but when we remove that competition or jealousy, we drop our walls, we drop our fears or drop the things that could seem to be threatening from someone else. It can really show you that it is not someone else that we may blame, it is only ourselves. This is why I say we have to first unify ourselves first. With the heart the mind the body and the spirit. That is what that medicine does and that is what this song helps with. It won’t do it completely, it will only do its part, we have to do our part, the other 50%. This song is a guide.
